PARENT PARTICIPATION WITH MISS MÜGE :)

This week Efe's mom, Müge hanım, came to our class to bake us delicious cookies. First, she taught us that we have to wear a hat, gloves and an apron to keep the cookies we are making clean. Then, she called us one by one and we helped her add the ingredients into the mixture of dough. She made little balls of cookie and again we helped her put the nuts on the cookies. We talked how healthy the nuts were. Then we put the cookies in the oven and 30 mins later we ate them :)

Marco the Polar Bear poem

Hi! This week our theme was Arctic Animals. We practised a poem called "Marco the polar bear".

Marco the polar bear
White as the snow,
sat down on the ice
Near the cold water's flow
"Lunch, I need lunch" he said.
"I'll make a wish"
He stuck in his paw
And up it came with a FISH :)
